Influent for Creators Product Update - June 2021

Hi! It's Joe from Influent here. As we approach the end of our first month of Influent for Creators, I wanted to write a quick product update to let you know what we've been working on and what's coming next.

What have we achieved in June?

Our coolest new feature is a progress bar to help you level up your follower count. Check out the screenshot below. We want to make building an audience fun, so find new followers to level up! This is just a bit of fun for now, but we think it will become more meaningful as we build our community of content creators and social media managers.

For most of the month, we've been doing lots of behind the scenes work to make sure the product is as stable as possible. This means things like making sure our billing system is robust, and making sure we handle missed payments and expired cards correctly.

We also worked on making it easier for new users to get started.

July Roadmap

Looking to the month ahead, our top priority is making our plans for insight tools a reality. This is where Influent will start to become really useful. Insights will take your stats to the next level by telling you why they are good or bad, and we'll give you a personalised action plan to improve them. We've been helping brands with their social media strategy, and helping content creators connect with brands for sponsorship deals for a while now, so we know how to help!

We have a lot of ideas here, which we plan to split up and release in small chunks. This will let you get hands on with it quicker. It also means we can take your feedback and use it to improve as we continue to build out our profile insights.

We're also working on giving you the option to receive regular emails with updates on how your content is performing.
